Nope, they are still there.

Teresa, try generating the report twice in a row. I've notice since
5.08
that whenever I change a role sentence 'on the fly', the first report
generated shows up with all the unknowns, even when inside conditional
brackets. I close the report and generate it again and they're gone.

Caroline,
I tried that and this is my sentence:
[:CR:][:TAB:] [R:ChildCAN], possible son of [FATH] <and [MOTH]> was born
<[D]> <[L]>. <[M]>
But that gave me Billy Bob Jones, possible son of Sam Jones and an
unknown person was born...
Looks like the conditional brackets are being ignored. This would work
great if I knew both parents. Thanks.

Teresa,
How about using [MOTH] and [FATH] in these sentences, instead of [PAR]?
