Marilyn,
If you have an image attached to a tag, TMG will put the image at the
end of the sentences, then the PERIOD (.) and then the FOOTNOTE.
Frank's macro will move the image to the end after the FOOTNOTE, and
then move it to the next line and then center it on the page.
