To get an index you have to output to a Word Processor format which I
assume you are doing as you can't make the index selections unless you are
output to Word Processing...TMG marks the entries to be listed in the
index. In the Word Processing program you must indicate where you want the
index and then generate the index. Check the Help file for the Word
Processing program you are using for instructions on how to generate the
index....
