And how, pray tell, is the CD version any different from the one we all
downloaded and are already using? And how, pray tell, is the printed
manual any different from the one we all downloaded and are already
using?

I don't mean to be a party-pooper, or sound ungrateful. The thread
(tracking the elusive package) has been fun to follow. But when mine
arrived (here in Manassas, Virginia), I said "Oh, good. It's here.",
put it on the shelf, and went back to the FUN stuff - USING TMG!
