Hi Ron

I use the same source, with the obit subject's name in the CD for all tags.

Subject: [TMG] Obituary Information

I have quite a few copies of newspaper obituary notices.
In recording them as sources I have used the Source Type: Obituary/Newspaper
Item.

However I wonder how one would use the additional information found on these
sources.
For instance, the discovery of other family members and other marriages.

If I found for example an other sibling to the individual's obituary would
it not sound funny if I quoted an obituary as the source for this
individual?
Would there be another way of sourcing these newly found individuals or
events such as a former marriage?

Right now I am using a new source such as "From his Father's Obituary",
"From his Mother-in-Law's Obituary", etc.. Would this be a feasible sourcing
method?
How do others treat this?

Looking for ideas.

Ron Chénier
