In most clients, a "reply all" can also do something else... It
can insert the original author's name in the quote attribution line (see
first line above). Since a regular "reply" is presumed to be going only to
the original author, attributions normally read "... from you..."; which
can be confusing when going to a list as other readers may not know who the
"you" was.
