Subject: Primary Exhibits in Box Charts.

I have a problem on getting primary exhibits to appear on Ancestor or
Descendant Box Charts.
I also (sometimes) get the following message when I select one of the box
chart reports:
"Visual chartform cannot be found. Please reinstall from the original disk."

I uninstalled TMG 5.12 and reinstalled Tmg 5.11. I then downloaded the
upgrade to 5.12. I tried to make a descendant box chart and the same thing
happened. No primary exhibits appeared in the box.
The second time I tried it I got the message as quoted above.
