I went to roles for each individual like Son01, Daughter02 for similar
reasons. It took a while to update the census tags, but now I can print out
a report listing each person, their role (as recorded by the census taker),
their age, etc. It is worth the work to me.

Any information I give that you can't find in your version of TMG 5.1 is
probably due to customization on my part.

Teresa,

Thanks for the link I think I see a way to accomplish what I want. Now, its
a
matter of whether I want to go to all that work <g>

I don't think I need all the info that Mynice is including

My current sentence is (for 1850-1870)
[:CR:][:TAB:][PF] is head of household on the <[M3]> census <of [D]> <[L]>
<as [M2].> <[M1]>. <Enumerated with him were [WO].> <[M4]>
If I change the WO to roles something like Mynice [R:W1], [R:W2] (ect) and
[R:Wlast]

This should allow me to print the people in the order they are listed. And
specifying the name I want to print in each case I can get a better
facsimile of
the actual census record. (I have to decide whether to add just age or age
and occapation, attending school, etc)
