The few times I used FTM, I think it stored exhibits internally, and if
they were received from someone else, he might not have the original on his
harddrive. Otherwise, he could just copy that to the CD. <G>

Is the Exhibit an Internal one? If so, you can make it External like this.
-- Open the Exhibit Log
-- Right Click on the desired Exhibit and select Properties.
-- In the window for "Properties for frame ...", click on the
down arrow beside the Internal Image option and choose
"External Image file".
This will open a new window asking for the file name to be given the
image. Type that in place of the "New Image" entry. Also adjust the file
path in the top field if it is not correct (should be the default Exhibits
paths in Preferences). If you change the file path to other than the
Preferences setting, you will probably want to check the "Save Path..."
option as well. Click on the [OK] button here and in the Properties...
window to save the change.
Once you makes these changes for all the Exhibits, you should have the
external files and then can copy them to a CD.
