We apologize for any difficulties. At this time, Service Pack 2 is not
compatible with the Ancestry.com site. We are working to get this
problem resolved, but can not issue an expected time of resolution. We
recommend uninstalling service pack two until a fix can be formulated.
We have seen some people effectively access Ancestry.com with Service
and disabling the default firewall Service Pack 2 activates.
If these steps won't work, Ancestry.com does not currently possess a
fix, and suggests removing service pack 2 until a more direct resolution
can be made."
