Just to add a little more confusion to the mix :-) (but it might be helpful), if you edit your reports in OpenOffice, which is a free office suite that will accept .doc files, you can then save them in PDF format. You aren't limited by the PDF printer within TMG. If you're used to Word, it shouldn't take very long to come up to speed in OpenOffice. It's available for download at http://www.openoffice.org

I suppose it comes down to a choice of editing 1000+ entries or learning new software. I'm not sure which is easier. :-D
