Terry,
I've since added the accessed date to the SF. I don't understand the
comment about the accessed date? If I have a different CD, it should show
each CD differently. I have in my custom SSDI source using different CD's
without a problem that I have seen so far. Can you please clarify?
Also based on some previous comments from Lee about Betty Frain's source the
"sheet," "dwelling," and "family" CDs could easily be combined into one CD,
which I am thinking about. What was your purpose in separating them
specifically?
Thanks,
Kevin

I think that what you propose will work fine, with only one little problem.
You don't include the accessed date in the short footnote.
That works fine as long as you only have records accessed on one date from
each different census in a given report. But, if you should find one family
on one occasion, then find relatives nearby on a different occasion, than
end up with all of them in a single report (likely, in my experience) you
will get only one of the accessed dates.
Whether this is an issue you want to worry about I don't know. It could
occur in written reports, but depending on the options you choose for Second
Site, I don't think it would happen there.
