Without seeing your text and the Sentence, I can't be sure but it sound
like something in one or the other of those. Or it may be something in
your word processor (they do behave oddly at times). I would look for tab
characters (especially if they were in a previous line as well as the
overflowing line).
If you can't find anything, send me the text and Sentence and I will see if
I can't replicate the problem and suggest a solution.
