Subject: Filter for duplicate source types

When I was learning about TMG I made some mistakes :-( and I have ended up
with duplicates such as

Book (Authored)
Book (Authored)1
Electronic Web Site
Electronic Web Site1

I would like to delete the extra source types, but before I do this I would
like to discover where I have used these extra sources so I can change them
back to the original ones and then delete them when they are empty.
