GO to "File > Preferences > Program Options > General" and change the date
format to mm/dd/yyyy and click on the "Apply" button, the click on the "OK"
button.
Exit TMG and the start it again. Now the date format you selected in
Preferences should be the format used on the List of People report.
You can not output formatted dates to Excel because it only recognizes dates
after 1900.
