Hi Lee,
I gave your reply some serious thought, but I knew that I had captured the
county/parish/district for all my census citations and didn't see a need to
compensate for a missing one on my census tags...until I ran an IN last
night on someone who was enumerated in St. Louis, which is not in a
county...! I put the [L3} back into my census tags, and thanks to you, I
have the commas inside the conditional markers: <[L3],>< [L4],>< [L5]> and
it works. I am ok with the cities being included, as I have still removed
the [L2] text that became awkward in the sentence.
