First of all, thanks for the kind words everyone. :) You don't know how glad
I am that other people find these useful.

Secondly, John Cordes contacted me this morning with an absolute gem of an
idea: 2-up formatting! He provided the Individual Narrative pdf in 2-up
(both pages printed on a single page, landscape). It's fine print,
obviously, but wow is it nice to have everything on a single page! I've
already posted it on the site, and will post the others if/when he has time
to create them, as he has graciously offered to do.
