If you have a local sentence in English, but no local sentence in French,
and you choose French as the language for a report (or for Second Site),
then TMG and SS will use the default French sentence.
TMG Utility has a feature where it copies the local sentence in language A
to language B. The language B sentence can then be edited as needed.
