On or about 8/24/2005 12:32 PM a carrier pigeon from Teresa Elliott delivered:

Regardless of the picklist, I consider the problem of pop-up
alerts being "offset as if centered in a full screen window" a
process killer... Good thing I've not had time to do any more
clean-up on the data. I refuse to run the application at full screen
(I don't even run PhotoShop full screen!) -- and on a 1600x1200
monitor, it shouldn't need more than 2/3rds of the screen... But my
normal layout results in alerts just barely peaking into the window,
and having to be dragged up to read/respond.
