I'm going to take a slightly contrarian view here:
- The draft registration card is a source, not an event
- If you only have a few World War I draft registrations (or, for that
matter, any other type of event), rather than creating a tag for it, just
use some type of tag whose sentence is fairly basic, and enter your
information in the memo. That way, if GEDCOM is a concern for you, it's
more likely to make its way into some other program intact. 'Misc' or
'Note' might do.
