Thanks Jeff and Terry. I finally decided that I'd rather stay with small
icons. I have found some really nice ones on the net (darn it, why haven't
I ever found anyone who was hanged?). I had been using a colored box as
dividers between types of tags, but found how to create my own using
LiquidIcon and now I can get rid of the colored boxes. I would like to get
as many icons as I can so that I can put more tags on the toolbar. I will
use the ones I found this morning for a while until I really learn what I
meant for them to mean.

Check out the Help topic on "Designing Toolbar Buttons" -- it's got
lots of good info on what's needed.
