Boy, what a slew of answers, but I didn't spot one that was definitive.
"England" was really confusing. It was as if I'm the landlord of some
site on the other side of the country, therefore my home is that place's
address. No,, that won't work.
Presuming some sort of postal service; what would the addresses have been?
And the replies concerning record keeping? All the records could have
kept in Rome for all I know, but that doesn't tell me what they
named/called the place.
