Lloyd:

You might check to ensure that when you send the message it is PLAIN TEXT as
any other format ... or attachments will cause the message to reject. If
you are using OE or Outlook, check the Contacts or Address Book. There
should be a field to indicate the format the message must be sent in .. no
matter what you use to create it.
