I just trying to decide what roles I need. <G>
I have a bunch of Estate tags so they are all different.
Examples are:
Letters of Administration
Will proven
Will (for when it was written)
Settlement of estate
Widows Pension
Accounting of heirs (Gosh I wish each probate had one of these.)
to name a few.

Hi Bob,
When I created the administration tag, I was just starting to implement
roles and created a separate tag for administration - because I hadn't
thought it all the way through. I've almost finished cleaning up things I
hadn't thought through <G> and will probably fix this shortly, adding the
administration roles to the probate tag.

My sentences are pretty basic but are:

Adm-Estate:
Dec-Intestate - [:CR:][:CR:]Administration was granted for the estate of
[R:Deceased] <[D]> <[L4],>< [L5],>< [L6],>< [L7]><. [R:Administrator] was
appointed administrator><. [M1]>

Heir: [:CR:][:CR:][W] was named as an heir in the estate of [R:Deceased]
<[D]> <[L4],>< [L5],>< [L6],>< [L7]>. <[M0]>

Administrator: [:CR:][:CR:][R:Administrator] was appointed administrator for
the estate of [R:Deceased] <[D]> <[L4],>< [L5],>< [L6],>< [L7]>. <[M0]>

[:CR:][:CR:][R:Adm-Application] petitioned for administration of the estate
of [R:Deceased] <[D]> <[L4],>< [L5],>< [L6],>< [L7]>. <[M0]>

My probate tag has the role of Executor in place of Administrator, and
Dec-Testator in place of Dec-Intestate - with corresponding sentences.

I think that administration and execution both come under Probate. The
former is appointed by the court and the latter is named by the testator.

I agree that you should have both roles. But how does you Estate Tag differ
from the Probate Tag?
