Here is another roll you might want to consider. Personal
Representative. In my mother's will (Florida 2003) she named a "Personal
Representative" to administer her estate. When she passed the attorney
petitioned the probate court for Letters of Administration and in
accordance with her will the court issued a "Letters of Administration"
appointing me as the "Personal Representative" of her estate. In signing
documents, etc, I used either the full designation Personal
Representative or PR after/under my signature.
