Please define the word "language" that has been used
in prior discussions .....

Literally "German" to "English" ?? .....

or, does it somehow apply to the "<brackets>" which I note are
being used within sentences.

I get a gray instructional box that says something about the language being
changed if I go ahead with opening TMG ..... it asks Y or N as an answer.

Sometimes I've answered yes, sometimes no ---
