Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately this toggles the display of History tags for Unlinked
People only.
I would like to be able to do the same for _all_ people, both Linked and
Unlinked.
This was possible in TMG 4 and 3.

It is an option, but it is in Preferences.

Preferences > Program Options > Tag Box

In TMG 4 there were 3 options for the display of History Tags in the Tag
Box, these were 'All', 'Witness only' (default), and 'None'.
