Not really.
What I have done is set up my repositories from the rolls of Film at the TN
State Library and Archives. When I create the first tag, I create a
research task attached to the tag. I also attach a repository that matches
the book index from the archives. In other words, if the book indexes Deed
Books 1 and 2 from Rutherford County, TN, I would attach the task to the
repository for Microfilm 116 from the Tennessee State Archives which is
Rutherford County, TN Deed Books 1 and 2. Once all the task is attached to
that first tag, when I copy it, then next tag will have an exact task
attached to it too. Once I have all the tags done, I can then run a List of
Tasks for that repository and it will print the data from each of those tags
and that is how I get my list of task report. My TO DO LIST sentence for
ENGLISH2 (my main language) is - so it doesn't not print at all. I have a
language I created called Tabular where TO DO LIST does print when I want to
print out the data for those tags in a research type report. That way I
have control over what my viewing audience sees and when.

So once I have created the ten tags, and changed the 9 IDs and added the
memos, then use, I can get a LIST OF TASKS report for use at the library or
archives.

Teresa,
So copying the tag 10 times and changing the ID (9 times) gives you a To Do
List? On one piece of paper?
