Thank you, all, for your helpful replies... It's really weird! I am using
IE, my pop-ups are not blocked, I have rebooted, and all of my other
websites are working fine. I'm in Nevada (for the last several weeks) and
it has worked perfectly through Friday. Now... nothing but a blank,
white, totally empty screen with "Done" in the lower lefthand corner. I've
also tried to get there by going through TMG, Rootsweb and Google and it's
the same blank result. At least tomorrow is Monday, and their customer
service will be open. Thanks again, everyone... Liz
