First, look for any partly covered screens, and if you see any, click
on the exposed part. If the screen comes to the front, close it.

Then, try Windows > Center current Window, and see if it brings a
screen to the front that you can close.

If that fails, use Help > Check for Update ... it will close TMG to
look for an update. When it does, cancel the Update screen.

Should none of those work, open Windows Task Manager by holding Ctrl,
Alt, and pressing Del. In Task Manger, on the Applications tab,
select TMG and click the End Task Button.
