Barb, these Role's will list the birth of each child and grandchild of the
ancestor in the Ancestor narrative.

Example,

My GG Grandfather George Hanthorn and his wife Nancy Shepherd, in their
narratives has the following ROLE sentence.
George, at age 22 and Nancy, became on Mar 17, 1810 parents of Thomas
Hanthorn, born in Chester Co., PA. (This is in the narrative for my GG
Grandfather listed above. This Thomas is a brother of my Great-grandfather,
and is not in my direct line)

Thomas Hanthorn, a son of George and Nancy Hanthorn and a brother of my
direct line, in his narrative has the following ROLE sentence.

Thomas, at age 35 and Elizabeth, at age 31 became on Dec 17, 1845 parents of
Thomas Sheperd Hanthorn, born in Allen Co., OH. (This is a GRANDCHILD of my
GG Grandparents, George and Nancy Shepherd Hanthorn, and is not in my direct
line. No other information is listed for the grandchild)

This method is most useful in the Ancestor Journal report.

Using this method will make a printed journal more complete.

Hope this helps you understand what I wanted included in a printed book for
family members.

Ron
