With TMG closed, look in the main tmg folder for the the app.ini file and
open it in in Notepad (NOT in a word processor) and check the settings for
[Picklist]. See if any of the 'Less1=' and 'More1=' settings are very small.
For example, my Less1=194 . If, in TMG, I drag the Person column (Column
mode, Expanded Picklst) to the left to make it smaller, that changes, in my
case, to Less1=66 in the app.ini. So Less=1 may be the width setting to look
for. If the setting is really small, change it there and save the change.

Do not open or edit the app.ini file when TMG is open!
