On my system the first column when you hit the binoculars is very narrow
and gets a right facing arrow head in it to show which person is the
focus person. The next column is Primary, then the next is Name. This is
default set-up. When I move the mouse over the vertical divider between
any of the columns it changes to a double ended arrow so I can make the
column wider or narrower. This does not apply to the arrowhead column
though.

Are you saying that on yours you do not have the arrowhead column and
are trying to get it back?
