Carol, I copied your picklist settings to my app.ini - and I do get a Person
name column, albeit a little narrow. I would make it twice as wide to see
the entire name. Try changing the Less1=80 to 200. I assume you saved the
app.ini file after you made the changes.
You could also try closing TMG and rebooting your computer. Then go into
Preferences, select Simple Picklist and close Preferences. Reopen Preferences
and select Expanded Picklist.
What screen resolution are you using? What size fonts do you have set in
Windows - Normal, Large?
Have you tried maximizing the Picklist window?
