Before I try to reply to all the responses, let me ask another question. I was just re-reading the emails from everyone to be sure I had tried everything that had been suggested and I stumbled across something I didn't notice before. I have both an "app.ini" file and a "_app.ini file". What is the difference? I changed the "_app.ini" file because that is the one that sorted first on the list and I didn't realize there was more than one. Should I have made the changes to the settings in the "app.ini" file? If so, should I change the "_app.ini" file back? I didn't want to start playing with other files until I knew what they were for.
