The default project path should probably be set to the
top-level project directory. The only thing it really defines is the
default for /creating new projects/. Simple then to select/create a
sub-directory for a new project as needed. Once created, opening a
project (IE, the pjc file) effectively defines the path for that
project as all data files are assumed to be with the PJC.
