If I interview 4 people who recite a fact and then find the fact in a
published source, do I need to cite the 4 people who helped me find it? How much
of the discovery process makes it to the final presentation? I want recognize
the people who have made significant contributions, but to cite every lead
as a source seems to be providing more than needed. Right now I am citing
everything but feel the need to trim down the list.
