The only thing I can think of is something in the unique formatting of the
FGS isn't translating well into the R&R report writer (which I think is a 3d
party software TMG uses). I can surmise that older versions of that report
writer are behind the curve in printer resolutions - and maybe a future version
of tmg will include a more recent R&R.

This was quite a mystery when it was first reported on the list last year
and, as I recall, it was John Moran who did some digging and came up with the
solution - to lower the resolution to 600x600.

The problem has been reported.
