Is this after a merge? Look in the Detail view of the person with the
asterisk and see if he/she has a Name-Var tag with the same name - which would
account for the second entry in the Picklist. If so, you can just delete that
Name-Var tag. If you have any concerns about losing both entries, be sure and
back up first.
