A couple of folks here said they keep their serial number and associated
email address in the project memo. Or to keep a printed copy on hand (if you
can't find the email), you can go to tmg Help - Technical Support - Trouble
report and print the file 'trouble.txt' - which includes your original user name,
serial number and email address.
