Well, if the intent is to simply make a comment in a Tag, you can
enter it in the Memo field. If you want the comment to appear in the
Footnotes or Endnotes, you can select to do that if the Memo field is
not included in the Sentence Structure. If this fits the function of
a UFT Free Note, then yes, TMG does have such a thing.
