You can, for all impractical purposes, attach pretty much
ANY file as an exhibit. However, if you mean you want an attachment
that PRINTS AS PART OF the report... NO... To print as part of a
report, you are limited to, I believe, plain text (I'm not even sure
if ISO-Latin-1 is supported, might just be ASCII) and a small choice
of image formats.
