The 'book' saved by Book Manager is actually a Book Manager configuration
file (how you configured Book Manager to work), not a 'book' as you
expected. The file will be located in the reports folder (as determined by
Preferences).

In a sense, Book Manager is misnamed and more appropriately could be named
'Report Manager'. Its intent is to run a series of reports as you specify.
What you do with those reports is up to you.
