Pocket Genealogist, on the various WinCE machines, does, as
I recall, permit the entry of some data (unlikely to allow for adding
new individuals, but notes on events should be there). Unfortunately,
it doesn't sync those additions back to TMG -- you'd have to run off
a change report and then reenter the data into TMG followed by
resynching TMG to Pocket Genealogist.
