Cheryl,

Just put it like this<[CR:][L3]> and it should work. You don't want the
extra line either.

Subject: [TMG] Using conditional variable in Teresa's Tabular
Languagesentences?

Teresa,

I am pretty far along implementing your Tabular language for research tasks
(and very pleased!). I ran my first IN using Tabular language today.
Asking for your help in eliminating one issue.

If a roll of film is FHL film, the roll (city) address field is blank. I get
"an unknown city" in the tags because [L3] is blank. Example:

TAX LIST-Research to be done
between 1835 and 1861
Anderson County, Anderson District tax returns, 1835-1861 South
Carolina,
an unknown city
FHL (DPL)
Dallas, Texas

Because the construction of the sentence includes the [:CR:]s, I am not sure
how to insert a conditional variable to keep this field from printing. Can
you tell me how you do this? I think the sentence I am using was "swiped"
from your Tabular language web page <G> but here it is just in case:

[:CR:][:CR:][BOLD:]TAX LIST-Research to be done[:BOLD][:CR:][D][:CR:][L1],
[L2][:CR:][L3][:CR:][L4][:CR:][L5], [L7]

Thanks,

Cheryl Freeman
