That is what I was leaning towards too. I was also wondering if I didn't
need to put www.ancestry.com Available by subscription only.

This is for a CD for my mother-in-law, who does not have an ancestry
subscription.

I don't see much value in citing the entire URL for the document, as
Ancestry seems to rearrange it's website with some regularity. Rather, I
cite the <ancestry.com> URL, the data base name, and the name(s) on the
record. That way, a reader has a chance of finding it no matter how the
innards of Ancestry's website are re-arranged.
