Here's the way I have my "E-mail message rec'd" source set up:
Full Footnote: E-mail message from< [CD1]>< to [RECIPIENT]><.[DATE]><
[CD2]><, [CD3]>. {CD1 = Author, CD2 = date, CD3 = comment}
RECIPIENT is myself. I click on Edit to open the source and look at the
Output Form to remind myself of what goes where.
In looking at it, I can see where I want to make some revisions!
