Kay (and others) asked:

>>My question (unclearly worded in my earlier post)
is where does DeAnna put the hidden reminders of what goes in the Citation
Detail?<<

I add my HID: text to my Full footnote. It's concise, so I can fit it
easily. When selecting a source from the list, I usually leave the Master
Source List on the "Less" version, but if I need a quick reminder of what is
supposed to go where, I can just pop open with the "More" button real quick,
and there it is. I find that easier than opening the source to view the
comments, because window display tends to be excrutiatingly slow on my
system after an hour or two. (A completely separate topic.)

I do NOT put the information in CREF as someone mentioned -- I just followed
up my HID: :HID text with the first bits of the full source template. In my
system, that happens to be CREF (my own personal filing number), then the
CD1 household, year, title, etc. I put CREF first in sensitivity brackets so
I have the option of printing out my own filing information with some of my
reports. It's in sensitivity brackets because I only display it on
"internal" reports, NOT to control screen display in any way.

Hope that clears things up. Sorry about leaving things fallow so long;
uncharacteristically, I'm more concerned with the living than the dead this
weekend. ;) I'm sure normalcy will be restored soon! LOL
