Following encouragement from Bob Velke and some TMG User Group coordinators
present on the 2006 cruise, I am seeking to establish a TMG Users' Group in
the Bristol area (UK).

I am organising the first meeting on the evening of Wednesday 9 May at my
home in Chipping Sodbury, South Gloucestershire. I am 4 miles from Junction
18 of the M4, 8 miles from Junction 14 of the M5 and about 15 miles from
both Bath and Bristol.

The purpose of this first meeting will be to meet Robin Lamacraft, who will
be over in this country from Australia. Robin is an expert on Visual
Chartform and wrote the chapters on that subject in "Getting the Most out of
The Master Genealogist". I am sure he will shed a lot of light on what some
of us (me!) find a difficult part of the program, and that he will also be
very interested in users' views on creating UK style charts in TMG.

I hope we can also discuss timing, location and possible subjects for
further meetings.

If you are interested in attending (or are unable to attend this meeting but
would be interested in future meetings) please contact me off list.
