I don't think you understand John's suggestion. The help page is
saying that you are using an unsupported _Collating Sequence_. This
is not talking about the Custom Source Category. It is referring to
Preferences=>Current Project Options=>Other under the Collate
Sequence. You need to change this (temporarily) to either the
Machine or General option until after you have generated the
site. After the site is generated, you may switch back to whatever
Collatting Sequence you had previously in order to have things sorted properly.
